  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the rental equipment at the agreed delivery time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship physical products only within [specify country/region].

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Rental equipment is only delivered within our local service area and is not available for shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use.

  • Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Cancellations made after the allowable cancellation period.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
